Biscayne Boulevard (commonly called just Biscayne) is major thoroughfare and off-grid road in Miami and Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. A part of U.S. Route 1, the road begins just north of the mouth of the Miami River, starting at South Fourth Street in Downtown Miami, continuing north to the Broward County line.

It is an off-grid plan main north–south thoroughfare that intersects both streets and avenues along the eastern portion of the Miami Grid. Biscayne Boulevard begins at South Fourth Street, at the Brickell Avenue Bridge, going north through the central business district of Downtown. South of the bridge, US Route 1 is known as Brickell Avenue and South Dixie Highway.
It continues north at North Third Avenue until crossing North 36th Street (US 27), where it curves northeast in the Wynwood, paralleling North Federal Highway until North 61st Street, where it continues north.
Moving further inland, the Boulevard replaces East Sixth Avenue at 61st Street. It enters suburban Miami Shores at North 87th Street and enters the village of Miami Shores. Crossing the Biscayne Canal, Miami Shores becomes North Miami.
The road passes enters Aventura at Greynolds Park. It continues north-northeast through the city of Aventura, curving due north at North 187th Street and northeast at North 203rd Street. It continues northeast a short distance until it crosses County Line Road into Broward County at Hallandale Beach and becoming South Federal Highway.
Biscayne Boulevard is home to the majority of consulates-general based in Miami, including those Germany and France.
The boulevard featured in the 2006 film Casino Royale and is noted in the stage version of A Streetcar Named Desire.
